Terms
Last updated October 27, 2026
These terms apply to purchases from Iriscast Dice (iriscast.pages.dev). By placing an order, you agree to them.
Products
The position and look of each eye varies slightly from die to die and from our photos, and colors may look different on different screens. Product descriptions are provided in good faith; small differences in size, color and finish are normal and are not defects.
Safety
Warning: choking hazard. Small parts. Not for children under 3. Our dice are intended for ages 14 and up. They contain a sealed liquid core and have sharp points. Keep them away from young children and pets, freezing temperatures and high heat. Use them only as gaming dice.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order and processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, with a full refund, including if we suspect fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method, if an item is unavailable, or if a price was listed in error. We may contact you to verify an order before it ships.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided. See our shipping policy.
Returns and refunds
See our returns and replacements policy, including time limits for reporting damage and our fair use policy.
Promotions
Discount codes are limited to one per customer unless stated otherwise, can't be combined, have no cash value, and may end at any time.
Warranty disclaimer
Apart from the replacement and refund commitments in our returns policy, and any rights you have under law that can't be waived, products are provided as is, without other warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Errors
We work to keep descriptions, prices and availability accurate. If we find an error, we may correct it and, if your order is affected, offer you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
